Die große Wohn-Ess-Küche mit langem Esstisch, Kochinsel, offenem Kamin, 55"TV, Flipchart bei Bedarf, 2 Balkone, Grill- und Feuerstelle draußen, laden ein zum gemeinsamen Beisammensein mit Freunden/Familie oder Meetings mit Kollegen und Geschäftspartnern.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

Unsere Ferienwohnung (ca. 70 qm ) liegt am Rande des kleinen Ortes Geschwend, im Todtnauer Ferienland. Geschwend hat ca. 410 Einwohner. Die Unterkunft ist gut für 2-4 Personen. Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit grösseren Kindern. Sie beinhaltet ein Doppelbett auf der Galerie, sowie im Wohnbereich eine ausziehbares Sofabett.
