Many areas in which to relax & unwind and so much to do! Plunge in the pool; soak in the spa; play pool, PS5 or the arcade machine in the games room; curl up on an egg chair; toast marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace or walk to the beach for a refreshing dip. In the main house you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & dining room. The detached studio houses bedding for 6, a bathroom/laundry & a fun filled games room. There are 3 undercover deck areas set amongst lush tropical gardens 🔆

Mount Self-contained Studio Near Beach + Pool

Our place is a self contained studio unit with queen & single bed (plus mattress). We are minutes walk to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach, and close to public transport, shops, park and supermarket. Own bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. You also have your own kitchen space, and in summer months take a dip in our pool. Note: Beds and living space is in the same room. There is a separate kitchen and little nook with small table. You are welcome to bring own portacot.

The Pool House (Separate Accommodation to House!)

Welcome to The Pool House. This bright and sunny self contained guest suite is a stand alone structure from the main house. Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and has its own outdoor shaded area and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The Pool House is a self contained guest house sharing a property with a family house. It has its own private entrance & a parking space. It has a Queen bed, bathroom & basic kitchen. Also TV with Netflix & free wifi. (Note kitchen only has fridge, microwave, air fryer, mini oven, hot plate and kettle. There is a BBQ outside the room you can also use) An ideal spot for a Mount Maunganui getaway!
