Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Sie stammt ursprünglich aus dem Jahre 1503 und wurde 2008 mit viel Liebe komplett renoviert. Sie ist luxuriös ausgestattet: Gaszentralheizung, Fußbodenheizung im EG, Sauna, urgemütliche, geräumige Wohnküche mit Kachelofen, 2 große Schlafzimmer mit offenem Kamin sowie eine große Terrasse.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

On more than 90m² the holiday apartment offers pure luxury and is really dreamlike.<br>It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, open fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. With the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday penthouse offers enough space for 6 people.
