Arch Window garden apartment (Summer is here!)

For us this venture is a dream come true. We have designed every inch of the double-volume space with its spectacular arch window ourselves and enjoyed every minute of it! The interior is modern and quirky, with whites and greys forming the backdrop to an eclectic ensemble of furniture and finishes in chrome, glass, wood, and plain and printed fabrics. We started building in January 2019 and opened for business 7 months later! Now it is over to you to make the most of this special space …

Please note: the rooms are small and we have 2 very friendly dogs on the property.

Heidi’s Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

Complimentary Tokara wine on arrival with cheese, local nuts and fruits. Basic breakfast supplies provided: coffee, milk, eggs, bread, yogurt, muesli, rusks, orange juice. Bathroom: Soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion provided.
