Climb the white marble staircase to the breathtaking rooftop terrace, boasting unforgettable views of the hills surrounding Florence and the historic center. This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. Decorated with vintage furniture and offering breath-taking views of the Tuscan Countryside, Suite Le Camelie offers a truly relaxing retreat. Lounge outside in the beautiful gardens and end the day with a bath in the tiled bathroom. Villa Caprera is part of a little village located at the end of a local road. Gardens, yards, olive orchards and fields surround the place where old ladies sit outside the door for chatting and knitting. Suite Le Camelie occupies part of the first floor; thank to the difference in level between the two sides of the villa, the entrance to Suite Le Camelie is comfortably located on the ground floor. Decorated with vintage furniture and modern linens and accessories, feels sophisticated and elegant. Very quiet and with an amazing view. Ideal for a romantic trip. The gardens and yards surrounding the villa are free to access for our guests with the exception of a small private family area reserved for ourselves. Outdoor spaces are not gated or fenced and are shared with other two accommodations; private dining zones are dedicated to each property. My family loves holding conversation with our guests and we are available for any need but we also leave them space to enjoy their time with no interference. The home is in a very traditional area full of family-owned bistros and exquisite boutique shops. Walk through the stunning scenery to visit the church and explore the history of the ancient monastery nearby. Bus stop ten minutes on foot; the bus take you to the city centre. You can get anywhere from there by bus or train. Busses run according to a time table - average every hour. Last run approx 20.00. The road to Siena is not safe to walk. Taxis available to and from the city; very short ride so it is affordable. I recommend a car if you like to get lost in the countryside, but get a driver when you go for winery tours. Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

News of Villa Bonelli are already present in the Leopoldian Catasto of 1825: a noble palace of three floors, which overlook a beautiful garden. Passing along the street you can see the secular magnolia protruding beyond the walls: from this garden Alessandro Manzoni admired the Tuscan countryside during his visits to his daughter Vittoria, married in Siena and residing in Villa Bonelli. The La Magnolia apartment is suitable for up to four people.
