Perfect Avalon/Stone Harbor location. Beautiful renovated 2nd floor end unit 1 bedroom , 1 and 1/2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6. Two queen beds in bedroom and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in living room.. Located across the street from recreation fields and the Windrift and Icona Resorts . Features 2 swimming pools , indoor + outdoor, elevator and an onsite laundry (not in the unit). 4 beach tags. Bath towels and linens provided. You must be 25 years old to reserve this condo. No pets.

4 bedroom 1st fl beach home close to everything!

Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

Directly across the street from the ocean, 7 blocks from the boardwalk, and walking distance to N Wildwood bars and restaurants. Table and chairs right outside the front door! Lots of loungers, tables, and 2 grills around the property. Newly renovated bathroom. Key will be left in lock box- unit 105. Please bring your owns linens or wash and make beds before leaving. Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

31st Street 4BR Beach Condo!

JERSEY SHORE OASIS! This top floor condo is the perfect fit for a family vacation. Located right off 34th st. bridge, this property is a short 2.5 block walk to the 31st st. beach, and close proximity to the boardwalk. The front porch and roof top deck are awesome amenities for our guests to enjoy a cup of coffee during the morning, or the cool summer breeze at night. Stay here and enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer!

My space is tiny, but cozy. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. There is a kitchenette in the studio. On the first floor there is a common area with WiFi and a laundry area ( for a fee).
