It's five minutes walk from the Central train Station of Santa Maria Novella and three minutes walk from the Duomo. It's also very close to the Uffizi, the Galleria of the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and all the most famous shopping streets of Florence.

L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, offre due camere da letto, un bagno, con doccia idromassaggio, lavabo, wc e bidet, una cucina, un salotto con tv ed una sala da pranzo, nonché un terrazzino con vista su Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria, da cui dista meno di un minuto. Wifi gratuito in tutte le stanze. L'appartamento è al piano terzo (senza ascensore) in palazzo del XIV secolo. I pavimenti di ogni stanza sono risalenti a fine '800, decorati con le caratteristiche graniglie.

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.
