A stone's throw from the Colosseum

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

L’appartamento è situato a Roma, in una zona centrale della capitale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Metro Bologna, collegata con varie zone, e dalle fermate degli autobus. L'alloggio completamente ristrutturato, è composto da una cucina, una zona giorno, due camere da letto e bagno. Il 2° bagno è riservato ad uso del 3° e 4° ospite.Ambiente insonorizzato. La grande terrazza ed il terrazzino, offrono una meravigliosa vista panoramica della città e permettono di vivere a pieno lo spazio esterno.

Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni, Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi.

Delizioso bilocale nel verde di Roma. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Porta di Roma, il più grande in città. Autobus diretti per il centro (piazza Venezia) e a 10 minuti dalla metro B di Conca D'Oro. In casa troverete WiFi, televisione e barbecue, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, lenzuola, e tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno. Per favore, se si avesse bisogno di un check in non compreso nella fascia oraria di riferimento (12p.m-8p.m) chiedere prima di prenotare se disponibile. :=)

The house is full of light because it faces south and on the 2rd floor with lift, its windows are above the church which is opposite. It 'very spacious, tastefully restored recently, is 120 square meters, has two large bedrooms with two full bath rooms, one with a bath the other with shower, has a large double living room with a sofa bed and a single bed if desired to be added.
