Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

Beautiful, modern, self-contained annexe with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to central Brighton but relax in peaceful Saltdean if it all gets a bit hectic. Our annexe is located within walking distance to all Saltdean’s attractions including the beach, Lido, South Downs and Saltdean Oval and 1 minute from the bus that will take you into Brighton. We also enjoy easy access by bus to Eastbourne or popular beauty spots including Cuckmere Haven.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Escape to this cosy, Studio Mcgee design inspired movie room, with all the amenities of a boutique hotel, in a great location, very close to the seafront, and public transport links straight into Brighton Enjoy Sky or Netflix, nestled in the super king size bed, on the huge 65inch TV and soundbar, and enjoy a glass of something chilled complimentary from the wine fridge on arrival.

My home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
