This beautiful villa is very spacious and spread over two floors, making it ideal for families or groups who value both comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds All of these bedrooms are en-suite, meaning each one has its own private bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a guest bathroom near the entrance (with a sink and toilet). On the upper floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with double beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi, located in the hallway between them. They also have windows overlooking the pool, garden, and countryside, creating a peaceful and bright atmosphere. This is a spacious, light-filled home designed for comfort, privacy, and meaningful moments - ideal for families and groups. The living area is one of the villa’s highlights: large, bright, and thoughtfully designed with distinct spaces for different moods. You’ll find a cozy sunken lounge that feels like a warm nest, a bar area, a piano, a snooker table, and a table for board games — perfect for relaxing, socializing, and creating memorable moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and connects easily to both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Outside, the villa truly shines. The private pool has two areas: a shallow section ideal for children and a deeper area with a diving board. There is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a dining area with table and chairs. An interior patio with barbecue invites long, relaxed meals. The property is accessed through a private gate (shared with the owners’ residence) and offers secure, free parking for multiple cars right next to the villa. Uma decoração agradável e de qualidade superior pensada no seu máximo conforto. Todos os apartamentos são acolhedores e com muita luz. Temos piscina exterior, ginásio e sauna. São permitidos animais de estimação mediante um custo adicional e algumas condições: animais até 10kgs são 5€ por noite e animais com m ais de 10kgs são 8€ por noite. Condições para a permanência dos animais de estimação nos apartamentos: os animais não podem estar sozinhos nos apartamentos, não é permitido a permanência dos animais de estimação na zona da piscina, nas zonas exteriores os animais devem andar sempre de trela e não é permitido usar os utensilios dos apartamentos para alimentar os animais.

CASA FEE an der Westalgarve

Unser Ferienhaus CASA FEE verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler vorhanden), Flat–TV mit DVD Player, Doppelbett (1,60 m) sowie einem Einzelbett (1 m x 2 m) auf einer kleinen Empore. Ein weiteres, schmaleres Bett (0,8 m x 2 m) stünde für ein Kind zur Verfügung. Unser Häuschen liegt ganz ruhig am sonnigen Waldrand außerhalb des Dorfes Pedralva ( fußläufig gibt es ein sehr leckerers Restaurant, eine Pizzeria, ein Cafe mit abendlichem Barbetrieb).

Casas do Poente is a property consisting of 3 houses, ours and 2 other independent houses. Casinha da Cabra & Casinha do Burro, each with its own private patio and terrace. Casinha da Cabra (40m2) has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a kitchenette and a wood burning stove, WC and a beautiful patio. The terrace overlooks the countryside, the sea and the sky. We are quiet and value both our privacy and the privacy of our guests. We are a family of 4, 2 humans and 2 dogs.

Welcome to this traditional Algarve house. While this adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, it's location makes it easy for you to get around. You are only 5 minutes, by foot, from Tonel and Mareta Beach, the big supermarket Intermarche, and the best ice cream shop with the best pistachio ice cream ever. Besides that you're close to everything else, from restaurants to bars, and shops (Sagres it's a very tiny and cozy surfing village) :D
