The neighbourhood is tranquil, serene , peaceful and one of the most desirable places to live in Brentwood. The train station is 10 minutes walk away (about 700 metres) . Carry on walking for another 7-8 minutes for the High St where you'll find a wide array of pubs, wine bars, and restaurants. There is a Tesco Express within 250 mtrs. Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer are at the back of the High St and on the High Street respectively. New kitchen and bathroom. Quiet area. Clean home, with freshly sanitised areas between guests.
Very quiet cul de sac. Close to Ingatestone and Shenfield stations. The TOWIE tour is often the reason pèople stay. If your work is in London, it's 20 mins on the train to Stratford and 40 to 60 mins in the car depending on the time.

    You are invited to use the family lounge and the beautiful south facing garden. The decking at the end of the garden has a newly installed hot tub. It creates a sun trap and in the summer, you can sit out very late. There’s an electric point down there too, for your devices.
    Our house backs onto Thorndon Country Park. You don’t even need a car. The village playing field is also just behind the house.

A pin code or remote is required to operate the security gates which lead onto the property, and the parking area is monitored by CCTV. Shenfield train station is a 600 metre walk (10 mins) with regular fast (approx 20 mins) trains into London.
    Very close to green parks and woodland but also conveniently located for excellent transport links. Shenfield is a friendly neighbourhood with a village feel with coffee shops and cafes (small independents and large chain Costa), a choice of takeaway food outlets and convenience stores, alongside giftshops, beauty spas and hair salons.

    Unfortunately due to the corona virus the room will not be available until there’s a significant change of direction with the virus. The decor is modern and up to date with WiFi and broadband, Brentwood high street offers a variety of pubs, bars and restaurants as does shenfield. There’s also a gym in the high st. For those people wanting to worship there’s a Christian church on the doorstep along with s pub that also serves food til quite late
    Guests can use all rooms other than my bedroom this includes lounge/ diner for relaxation kitchen for cooking their own food(not provided) bathroom with shower and bath and obviously their own fair size double room
    There’s a local pub and church practically on the doorstep, the local town is 10 mins away and offers a variety of bars and restaurants also a gym for the health contious there are also many nice walks close by too.

    This flat has its own entrance through the garage, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and upstairs is a small double bed and sofa. It has WiFi and TV. Its just over 10 minutes walk to Shenfield Station with trains into London taking 25 minutes. Check-in is 2.00 pm onwards but always ask if you need earlier access, if its free that will be fine. Not suitable for children under 12.
    The space is not massive but is an ideal location for the train to London and a feel of country side out of the back garden. It is self-contained but we live in the main house and may be around if needed. The bed is a small double so cosy! Parking available.
    Shenfield has a small high street with various coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants, just over 10 minutes walk away. The main appeal of Shenfield is its link to Stratford and London by train. There is a nice gastro pub, The Rose, 2 minutes away from the house. We have fields at the back of the property if you fancy a walk.
