Perfect to enjoy Betty's Bay coastline, the sea views, the wind, the dramatic sunsets, candlelit evenings and the sound of the waves to put you to sleep. 50m from the front beach. Walking distance to the breath-taking Silversands Beach. 3min drive to the penguin colony. 10min drive to Botanical gardens. 20min drive to Palmiet river swimming and hiking. Thalassa has soul and many happy moments have been spent here in this idyllic haven.

Porter Cottage

This Rooi-Els home is special for its tranquil fynbos setting and stunning ocean and mountain views. Inside, there’s a spacious main bedroom with a King size bed leading out to the deck, a second en suite double bedroom with views across the bay, a spacious loft with twin beds, and a cozy living area filled with character. An outdoor braai area and hot outdoor shower provide perfect spots to unwind. There's also a partially-enclosed garden with a pizza oven on the other side of the house.

The upstairs offers spectacular ocean views with a big open plan bathroom. Downstairs is the perfect setting for dinners around the dining table leading onto the open plan kitchen. The downstairs double bedrooms share a bathroom and the front bedroom has beautiful sea views. While the downstairs deck is great for sundowners. Situated 45 minutes from Cape Town’s city centre.

Hidden gem in bush 350m from main beach

Welcome in our charming cottage with the sounds of the little river, frogs and the ocean in the background. Betty's Bay is well known for its unspoiled nature, mountain, fynbos, beaches, lakes and gorgeous African (jackass) penguins. The penguins are within walking distance. The famous Harold Porter Botanical gardens is 5 minutes drive away. Betty's Bay has endless hiking, surfing, angling and snorkeling opportunities. A local grocery store is about 700 metres from the house.

Mountain House

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Familie Huis

Familie Huis is a much loved family home overlooking a river wetland and surrounded by pristine fynbos. A central feature of the wonderfully spacious downstairs area is a huge inside hearth for roaring fires (or to braai or cook). It's an absolutely brilliant house for winter getaways - warm and cosy (and also great for families with small children). Its perfectly situated - a five minute walk to the beach as well as all village amenities.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
