Little, cozy place near beach for a couple.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

Fire Island Pines: Studio Cabin

Studio cabin (approx. 13.5 x 15 ft.) Functional, basic, rustic, atmospheric—It's just a little cabin in the woods. The shack can accommodate only 2 people max. Queen bed (sheets, blankets) Bathroom (shower/towels) Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, glasses) A/C (window unit) Fan Basic tv Internet Beach chairs/umbrellas, Outside shower The Pines is primarily a gay community, but welcoming to all. We love our wild deer and squirrels but no pets in the cabin

Recently restored, this Port Jefferson Village historic house has all of the amenities of today. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a short walk to the busy day and night life of Main Street. Watch the sunrise from the top bedroom over the port and watch ferry boats as they arrive throughout the day. Great for boaters or attending events in Port Jefferson, Stony Brook or anywhere on Long Island. We are a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk from Port Jefferson Harbor and Ferry Dock. Centrally located on LI for easy access to LI rail road and bus routes.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
