The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

The Grange at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted detached barn designed with a touch of industrial components which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

The Hopper Hut self-contained accommodation

The Hopper Hut originally served as temporary accommodation for hop pickers. It used to house up to four families from London on their working holidays. Today, following extensive restoration, the unique square building welcomes visitors once again. Nestled on a working farm in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers sweeping views of Bewl Water reservoir and surrounding farms. The Adorable Hideaway is situated in the generally quiet farmyard of a thirty acre organic smallholding, a mile from Bodiam Castle. People said I would never find a place like this in South East England and I’d have to go at least to Devon, but here we are, at the farm that forgot the time. To come and go, you don’t have to go past my home or into my garden, I think people find the hideaway quite adequately private. It's a bit busier these days..
