You'll find this accommodation light and airy and very private, decorated with a sailing theme throughout. There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

Close to town center, shops, train station and River Crouch. Other things to note: There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a sandwich toaster/grill. This is a KITCHENETTE, not a full working kitchen. Breakfast is provided in the way of Bread, Cereal, a choice of apple and orange juice, tea and coffee etc.

This spacious ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the charming town of Leigh-on-Sea. The annexe is joined to the main building by a locked acoustic door.
