PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Be Fabulous in Provincetown

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. Steps from the beach, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and galleries. The studio offers large waterfront decks with chairs for lounging and an outdoor shower to complete your beach front vacation! Parking is not included, but you can find parking info on the towns website.
