This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

Close to downtown to see Mardi Gras, hospitals, universities and cruise terminal. Five minute walk to the laundromat.

The Guest house does have a full bath, mini frig, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. Please contact me if you are evacuating because of a hurricane. We are open to those evacuating bringing their pets and children are welcome (just please let us know).
