L'aia

La casa Rurale o "Colonica" del Podere di Belforte ha origini antiche. Le sue radici sono esse stesse la storia delle colline di Villamagna, sito in cui venne eretta nel Medioevo. Le prime attestazioni risalgono infatti al 1200. La struttura architettonica, le varie pietre-fessure e gli architravi di legno nelle pareti - riportati a vista dopo il restauro- ne chiariscono l’impiego come Torre d’Avvistamento.
