Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

Cosy Clean Unit in Central Location.

Enjoy our cosy, self contained bedsit unit which is detached from the main house with its own private entrance and off street parking. Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering. Simple breakfast supplied for your first night, all for a reasonable rate in quiet cul de sac street, just 20 minutes walk to town centre, or 5 minute walk to bus ride for resturants and sightseeing attractions.

Mountain bikers, glowworm lovers retreat

A luxury "Bali type retreat" nestled directly across road from the ledgendary Redwood Forest with its hectares of biking/walking trails and glowworms. Bubbling mud pools and steaming geysers are within biking distance while local cafes are within walking distance. The master bedroom opens onto its own private outdoor fernery with bali style shower. The second room has its own kitchenette, small terrace and very comfortable couch/bed. All double glazed. Bike store and wash area on-site

Thoughtfully equipped appliances - kettle, toaster & microwave for your convenience. However no full kitchen cooking facilities.

Come relax and unwind in our peaceful Retreat snuggled down a long and private driveaway surrounded by beautiful native birds and trees. Our property is attached to our home with your own entrance. We have a small stream running around it and there is a reserve on the otherside where you can take a relaxing morning walk or evening stroll. Our home is conveniently located within 5 minutes to Rotorua CBD, and 10mins to most tourist attractions.

Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.

Bike to The Redwoods, walk to cafes and the Good Eastern pub. One of very few homes with twin single beds so best suited to two friends or a parent and child. Self contained but it is attached to the main family home.

Newly renovated studio tucked away in the back corner of our property provides a quiet private sanctuary to unwind. Central city is a 25min walk or 5 min uber or bus ride. Just around the corner from us is a boutique bakery, coffee shop, laundry mat, Convenience store & fish & chip shop. We hope you enjoy our cosy bed for the night.
