Surrounded by cafes and restaurants the apartment is very well connected to other hip areas: in 5 to 10 minutes by tram you can reach the Schottentor station entering the 1st district or the 7th and 8th district with Burggasse and Neubeugasse (very much recommended young neighborhoods with nice shops and bars)

Die Wohnung hat zwei große Terrassen, die eine im Osten (aufgehende Sonne), die andere im Westen (untergehende Sonne), die ein besonderes Licht zulassen.
