Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

The Empie-Possion cottage was built in 1913 and is expertly restored. Have a drink on the screened in patio in the back or on the historic front porch. Come enjoy a stay where you can truly unwind. This one of the most unique homes you can stay in Downtown and you feel it’s charm the minute you step in the door.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
