Tipi amenities includes a handmade King bed with a 12" mattress and Dining table & benches, double futon with 8" mattress, whiskey barrel sink, 3.4 cu ft refrigerator, floor A/C unit and 2 space heaters, 3 nightstands, hanging antler chandelier, compost toilet, outhouse, fire pit (Wood bundles can be purchased at either the Ingles grocery store of the Caney Fork general store for approx. $5.99 per bundle), 2 person hammock and outdoor shower and gas grill. Kayaks rent for $30 each for 3-4 hrs.

You will have your own private bath house and detached outdoor kitchenette, which includes a charcoal BBQ grill. The Hip Hawk has a firepit to gather around and for roasting marshmallows. There are trails throughout the property that lead to the beautiful, crystal clear, spring fed water of 12 Mile Creek.
