The outlook is onto the pool and lush indigenous garden. It has air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and Netflix. PLEASE NOTE : Water and power cuts (load-shedding) do occur periodically, and this is beyond our control. - 9 minutes from the Pavilion shopping centre, - 45 minutes from King Shaka international airport.

The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. My office is on the property and so I am happy to assist with any queries you may have.
