For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The house has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped with air conditioning, fast connection wifi, smart TV, microwave oven,toaster,4-burner gas stove and electric oven,washing machine, iron. Barbeque on the terrace.

Un nido tra gli ulivi, in posizione sopraelevata e panoramica, alle sue spalle un piccolo borgo dal tipico sapore toscano. Privacy e tranquillità a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. Una casa di campagna dove un restyling ha donato il confort contemporaneo mantenendo il sapore di un tempo. Grandi spazi all'esterno, quasi 2000 mq di giardino con comodo parcheggio. La casa è arredata con gusto, oggetti e arredi antichi e restaurati in un mix con suppellettili e elettrodomestici moderni.

Un tuffo nel passato con tutte le comodità moderne per una vacanza rigenerante. Nel borgo di Casesi, in un'aia privata con case in stile rustico, c'è la nostra casa. Un rustico tipico della campagna toscana più volte restaurato. Ha un piccolo giardino con pergolato davanti all'ingresso con tavolo, sedie e poltrone per il relax. L'intera casa, recentemente ristrutturata, è arredata con mobili d'epoca. I pavimenti sono ancora in cotto originale, così come i soffitti con le tipiche travi in legno.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

La nostra nuovissima Villa "Colle di San Gemignano" è costruita con tutte le comodità moderne ma con il fascino di un vecchio fienile tipico Toscano, completamente immersa nel verde delle colline, dove potrete assaporare la pace con gli unici rumori della natura, in totale relax, lontani dal caos e dalla frenesia delle grandi città. La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

Nel verde della Toscana La Gegia Matta è la foresteria di Villa Ruschi, una magnifica proprietà settecentesca caratterizzata dallo stile tipico Toscano. E' situata nel centro di Calci, nella Val Graziosa ed è facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che in moto. Nelle vicinanze troverete ristoranti, enoteche, alimentari e inoltre potrete visitare la splendida Certosa di Calci. Dista 10 minuti da Pisa, 20 da Lucca , 1 ora da Firenze e 20 minuti dalle spiagge della costa Tirrenica.

It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

BorgoMetato - Panorama

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. PANORAMA is part of this place.
