Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). The Villa is fully equipped SMEG appliances in the kitchen and laundry, 3 TV’s, Netflix, Apple TV, sound system, Nespresso facilities, air-conditioning etc. The rooms lead onto their own private gardens with sun loungers and private pool. Enjoy a swim, game of tennis, walks in the olives, vineyards and rose garden.

There is even a friendly water mongoose named Tilly who might drop by to visit.  

Akademie House - your home from home

Modern, newly renovated and decorated house situated within walking distance to the main road. Double storey home and big living spaces, great views deck, pool and fantastic outside living space - perfect for a family holiday. The 3 rooms in the house are ensuite with fresh crisp linen and there is an extra ensuite bedroom next to the pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped, open plan and interactive. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and power to assist during load shedding.

Blueberry Hill Cottages - Lavender - Franschhoek

Lavender Cottage is a modern three bedroom self catering cottage with three bedrooms, main ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the large rim flow pool. The pool is situated on it's own large terrace and is shared with Olive cottage. We are ideal for guests who enjoy wine tours, the outdoors, hiking and biking plus horse riding.

Protea Suite - in the garden

The Protea Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. A spacious open plan area including a kitchenette ,lounge and king size bed. A clothes rack and hand basin are also in the open area. The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet. Guest have a private entrance and shared use of the swimming pool There is parking on premises, smart TV ,Wi-Fi and Netflix. Protea is close to restaurants, coffee shops ,Paarl Mall and numerous well known wine farms

Heidi’s Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

La Chataigne Wine Farm - Marron Cottage

A 2 bedroom self-catering cottage nestled along the river on La Chataigne Wine Farm, just 7km's outside of Franschhoek Town. The cottage has an open plan living area with a cosy lounge, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a front and back patio with a braai/bbq overlooking the river. The Orchard Pool and Boules Court is for all cottage guests to enjoy. Free Wifi. BOTH BEDROOMS CAN EITHER BE SETUP AS 2 SINGLE BEDS OR 1 KING BED.
