È possibile visitare il parco eolico a pochi metri dall'appartamento,in aperta campagna in assoluto silenzio e quiete.A pochissimi km dalla costa sud ovest, acqua cristallina e spiagge incantevoli tra le quali Capo Teulada, Chia, Tuarredda;è possibile praticare lo sport Kitesurf in località Punta trettu a pochi km. Carloforte S.Antioco, le due isole del sud ovest della Sardegna sono raggiungibili a pochi km da Casa. Oltre ai mesi di luglio e agosto è bello a giugno e settembre, meno affollato.

The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces. This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors. It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
