La casa si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus (Cotral) per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino e la Stazione Ferroviaria. Pochi minuti a piedi per le spiagge attrezzate durante l'estate.

Lovely studio flat front of the sea with; whashing machine, conditioned air, a kitchen and a bathroom, only a double bed therfore the house is for a max of 2 people. The house is really comfortable for many reasons; private access, the opportunity to use part of the garden to have breakfast/lunch but i suppose that the huge advantage is THE POSITION: 10 meters from the beach, 5 min from the turistic hairbour 20 min to the airport, 50 min from Colosseum, well connected with public transport.
