Termini Terrace is named after the breathtaking 40 square metre terrace at our guests' complete disposal. How many places in Rome, adjacent to Termini station, have a 40 metre terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or read a book and, why not, smoke a cigarette in peace? Our terrace is equipped with couches, armchairs and tables. It is open in every season, from the afternoon until late in the evening and it's the ideal place to relax after a day of work or excursions in the city. Breakfast is included in the price and served by us in the breakfast room from 8am to 10am. We offer you a rich continental breakfast with quality products tipical of italian cuisine.

Welcome to our delightful little guest house. At the Yellow House we aim to make you feel like you are at home away from home. We are conveniently located 5 minutes away from ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ International airport and you can be in the centre of Rome within 30 minutes. We have a range of fully air conditioned en-suite rooms to suit all your needs. All our rooms are equipped with an LCD TV and WI-FI with kettles, minifridges and breakfast tray. Other facilities include an on-site parking. And should you require we also have a taxi and shuttle service between the guest house and the airport. Per la vostra completa autonomia durante il soggiorno, la chiave della stanza è nel box chiavi accanto alla porta.
