I am located on Main Street in the historic district in walking distance of restaurants, small shops, parks & a couple of tiny museums. The rental is a 1 room apartment over a detached garage. It includes a full bath & small kitchenette w/ fridge, microwave, coffeemaker w/ coffee & tea & other small appliances. 12 mins. to NYC & Phila. train 5 mins. NYC bus & NJ Turnpike 5 mins. other shopping etc.

Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

My beautiful four-bedroom Sunset Point home is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is about 1 mile from D&R canal and 3.8 miles away from Princeton University. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!
