Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. Welcome to our warm hometown – Tartu! To maximize your experience here we try to give our best to help you. The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

Contemporary design lake cabin

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, sauna & fireplace. Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive or 20 min walk.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
