Tranquil and updated classic PittsburghA century-old brick house decorated with a contemporary gallery vibe. I originally chose this place for its close location to the wonderful Frick park (100 acres of woodland, 18+ miles of singletrack trails) and perfect space for my ample vegetable and flower gardens. It's quiet and a little out of center while still close to the bus way that gets you downtown in 15 minutes, less to East Liberty or Oakland. Excited to meet people from all backgrounds.
//SHARED\\ Bright li'l' eco nuggetPrivate room in shared home on a quiet cul-de-sac. 3 miles from the Great Allegheny Passage and 7 miles from downtown (30 min drive). I am within city limits but you'll feel like you are in the suburbs. If you want a cutting-edge hipster neighborhood, this ain't it. Car or Uber/Lyft crucial, though the 51 bus is a 5 min walk. Not accessibility friendly--built in 1952, your room is on 2nd fl and narrow stairs are needed to access everything, and rooms and doorways are cozy.
Budget Friendly Place, Minutes away from Downtown! We are a group of friends who live together, and your stay with us will be as if you are at your friend's place. It's a house with 4 small rooms. We have enough space for all. Guests will get their own small room (approx 10*8) with a Twin Sized Bed, a few basic amenities, a closet to keep their belongings and a restroom just beside the room. The restroom will be a shared one among two others (who leave to work by 8 AM, on all weekdays) It’s a small little place for weekly getaways on Budget!
