Literally steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions. We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends. Includes one (1) reserved parking spot right in front of the condo. Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

Your family will love going to Jenkinson's aquarium, playing boardwalk games, riding the rides and having lunch and drinks at Jenkinson's Inlet. We provide 4 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. There is a folding outdoor table to be used in the parking lot at your discretion. There is 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 sofa, and 1 queen air mattress. We know you will love the location!
