The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Located in a conservation area The Tiny Chimney house is a converted brick building attached to a quirky 40ft Victorian Chimney. The room sleeps two and is ideal for hikers or a couple's rural escape, but still within an hour of London.

The Hideaway is situated in the heart of Kent in the rural village of Sole Street, Parish of Cobham & Luddesdown. We are walking distance to Sole Street Station on the Victoria line to London. Ebbsfleet & Meopham are a driving distance away so St Pancras and Victoria can be reached in 17 - 35 minutes. The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

A minute's walk takes you to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, and independent shops. The Apartment is spacious, with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, bathroom with bath & shower, one double bedroom & a comfortable double sofa bed. Private secure parking. Well behaved pets welcome.
