Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

A 14th Century self contained wing off the main house set in a peaceful location just outside Faversham, Kent. This charming cottage is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Kent. Or if you just want to relax, bring a book or two and relax in front of the woodburner fire. There are bridleways and public footpaths on the doorstep, which are beautiful anytime of the year, being in the heart of the Garden of England. There are many National Trust/ English Heritage attractions in close proximity.

Grand Bubble

Grand bubble sleeps 4 people who can enjoy the ultimate view of nature. You can fall asleep with the stars and wake up to the rising sun. This bubble has the wow factor and includes your own hot tub, BBQ, a shower, a flushing toilet, outdoor chess set and a golf buggy. The bubble is very secluded set at a bottom of a 12 acre field off a woodland. Out side of the bubble is a very large outdoor gazebo with comfy seating and a large gas bbq so even if it rains you can still bbq comfortably.

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. Located on the driveway opposite our home, The Little House offers its own living space in a peaceful countryside setting. Base price is for one guest; additional guests are welcome for a small nightly supplement NOTICE: A neighbouring farm is currently carrying out building works. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.
