The flat is situated on the bottom floor of our Victorian house in the peaceful and leafy Telegraph Hill conservation area. It offers a comfortable bolt hole within easy reach of central London. There is plenty to do locally with green spaces, good pubs and restaurants close by as well as a myriad of Zone 2 transport links.

A Victorian gem of a home- Spacious, stylish & welcoming. Cool in summer, cosy in winter. 4 bedrooms all with 'top end' mattresses for perfect sleep. Very well connected, 2 minutes to East Dulwich Train station, direct to London bridge in 12 mins .Buses depart steps away from the door for easy access to all that London has to offer including History galore, Théâtre land & Museums. East Dulwich has great cafes, Restaurants, Pubs & parks. Once you have arrived, you might not want to leave.

Flat in Camberwell. Near King’s College Hospital.

Spacious 1 bedroom flat with its own entrance, in the basement of our family home, which is available when my daughter is away. 5 minutes walk from King’s College Hospital. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. There is also a sofa bed for a third person, but this is only suitable for family or close friends, as the bathroom is en suite with the bedroom. In the heart of Camberwell but in a very quiet street and very well-connected to the rest of London. We are in the main house and are always on hand.

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? A brand new self contained one bed unit. It has its own street access, kitchen and dining downstairs and bedroom, sitting area and en-suite shower upstairs. Its comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Off-street parking is available on request. From 29/8/2023 we are in the London ULEZ low emission zone. We have a key safe for out of hours arrivals. There are great local amenities and attractions and we are ideally placed for exploring London and the South of England.
