Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

This beautifully restored end-terrace cottage built c.1870 offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The cottage is a characterful but contemporary home, providing spacious sun-drenched decks with panoramic sea views across Rhos on sea, Colwynbay and Llandudno, and west facing terraced gardens enjoying spectacular sunsets. Original features, such as sandstone exposed bricks, a contemporary kitchen, and a suntrap conservatory, Bel Mare is the ideal retreat for a seaside trip with family.

Our home is under 10 mins walk from Llandudno sea front and there are numerous walks in the area including exploring the Great Orme straight from the front door. The Ski Slope, Cable car & Pitch & Putt are all within 5 mins. For tired legs (it is hilly) the Tram runs past the house (Apr to Oct) and there is a bus stop 100 yards away. We fell in love with it for the view which took our breath away. Purchased in June 2016 the summer renovation project was hard work but we hope you enjoy the result

From it's elevated position and long south facing balcony, you will experience stunning views of the Conwy Valley & estuary, Snowdonia mountains and Conwy Castle. The location is ideal for exploring Conwy, Llandudno, Snowdonia and the beaches of Anglesey a little further afield and breakfasts on a balcony and evenings beside a woodburning stove!

The large apartment comprises the whole of the first floor of the property. It is located in a quiet street, and has dedicated parking on the front drive. It is perfectly situated - only a short walk to the North Shore promenade and beach, shops, restaurants, bars and railway station. It's a 15 minute walk to Venue Cwmru. The tram and cable car to the top of the Great Orme are nearby, as is the beautiful West Shore- perfect for a peaceful walk along the Conwy estuary or a day on the beach.

This lovely flat is at the bottom of the Great Orme, opposite the Victorian tram station in Llandudno, between North and West Shore, close to the pier and all local amenities. It is on the first floor of a traditional property which houses 3 other flats. There is off road parking for one car and free wifi.
