Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.
