Beautiful S.Downs Cottage, pool and tennis

The private gate takes you directly onto the South Downs. Close to the beach and city, Chichester, Portsmouth, Goodwood, Cowdray and Witterings beaches are close by while the train takes you to Waterloo in an hour. Ripsley is a place to get away from it all. Great for cyclists, walkers, couples and families. There are garden games, a tree swing, tree house, firepit and football to enjoy while the pool and tennis court are available from late May until the end Sept/early Oct, Mon- Sat 9am - 1 pm.

Fernwood view, A small cosy Retreat

Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Quiet private location, safe parking, comfy chalet

Very quiet and pleasant semi-rural location, in village outside HASLEMERE. Located in West Sussex, adjoining both counties of Surrey & Hampshire. Two miles from the A3, main route 45 miles to centre of London. One mile to mainline station, fast train to Waterloo just 38 minutes. GOODWOOD motor & horse racing 15 miles! Only 25 miles to Bognor Regis on the South Coast & just over half an hour drive. Within beautiful countryside and area of outstanding natural beauty and attractions all around.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

The Milk Depot at the Old Dairy in Haslemere

A spacious, bright and airy upside down house, with a large bedroom and comfortable double bed and bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. The upstairs is large and comfortable with 5 Velux windows with views to the front, a large corner sofa and a fold away small double bed and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a small kitchen table, dining chairs for 2. There is unrestricted parking in front of the property and an outside cobbled space which could be used for dining or sunning.

The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

Self-contained 2-story accommodation

Welcome to your peaceful countryside escape - this stylish 2-story self-contained annex offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort & convenience. A large sitting room downstairs (with double pull-out bed) leads to a staircase to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower). The annex has its own entrance, and the french double doors open to a large, shared garden. There are no kitchen/cooking facilities, but a list of wonderful local establishment to eat is provided.

Liphook’s endearing village centre is a walkable 0.7 miles away and holds everything you could expect from local shops. From a Boutique Cinema and pharmacies to takeaways and florists, all your daily needs are catered for. For a larger shopping trip, Sainsbury’s superstore is only 1 mile away by car and provides all the variety and choice you would expect. Local towns such as Haslemere and Petersfield bring more variety to the region with big brands and familiar names.
