The small house is NOT included in the price, to use it there is an extra cost on request. Luxurious and innovative apartment on the first floor of a semi-detached house with separate entrances. It is a 5 minutes walk from both the sea and the promanade of Lido di Camaiore. Amenities, design and the strategic position are the real strong points. The apartment has a large open area where you can eat or having aperitifs. There are 3 car places inside, a small house in the garden and two bicycles.

A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.
