The apartment is perfectly positioned with Old Leigh cockle sheds and pubs a 3-minute walk down the hill and the shops & cafes of Leigh just 3 minutes walk up the hill. The apartment has a splendid view of the estuary from the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea too! Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

Our detached lodge is set in the grounds of our gated property overlooking the hot tub and stable yard. It has 2 bedrooms and a large lounge with 2 sets of French doors to take in the views. TV,dining table and 4 chairs and comfy sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and toaster. Gas central heating and heated towel rail in bathroom. The Alvaros apartment is completely refurbished to a high standard and is based just a ten minute walk to Westcliff seafront where you can stroll along to towards Southend Pier and other attractions. The apartment is close to Westcliff Train Station and Hamlet Court Road where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the location, it's privacy as it's a self-contained lodge with its own access, and courtyard as well as off street parking My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Relax in this beautiful newly furnished seaside apartment. Brand new bathroom with large shower cubicle. Brand new kitchen for those who wish to cook. Less than a 30 second walk to the beach (popular with paddle boarders as well as sunbathers). In the opposite direction, less than a minute’s walk to beautiful Southchurch Park (gardens, lake, cafe, playground). Great selection of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a local newsagents.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.
