Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Outside there's a screened patio area for guests with picnic table, room for bike storage and a parking space (there also an electric vehicle charging point for use by arrangement).

Ideal for couples or solo guests looking for a relaxed base to explore Worthing and West Sussex, or a comfortable stay for work. The space is very compact and not really suited to infants.
