Situato a 20 m. dalla piazza principale e dai battelli per Montisola è una base ideale per escursioni sul lago d'Iseo, le città di Bergamo/Brescia e le vicine montagne. Nel 1784 in questo edificio naque Santa Vincenza Gerosa.
