With over 300 feet of shoreline, this is one of the largest waterfront homes on the lake. A private boat dock with plenty of room for gathering, a 2 story deck and all the amenities - this is the perfect spot for a family and friend getaway. The house is close to a launch ramp and the long, flat driveway allows for easy access for boat trailers and lots of vehicles. All you need for a perfect lake vacation! The kitchen is very well- appointed for all your needs. Bedrooms have comfy mattresses with fresh sheets and towels for each bathroom. The Happy Horse Farm Hotel is a beautiful newer construction home with lots of room and a great view of the adjoining horse farm on the back of the property. Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!
