We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 46m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. The perfect peaceful getaway. 2 bedroom apartment with ensuite bathroom, BBQ area and walking distance from the ocean. This is one of two identical units on the property, so should you require more space it might be possible to arrange. We are based in a residential area in Kleinmond and out of respect for our neighbours don't allow any parties and no music after 22:00 at night. Guests are allowed to use the BBQ after 22:00, but are asked to keep noise to a minimum.
