Located in the rear garden of the owner's property, Bee's Place is a self-contained detached bungalow. Situated close to stunning Essex countryside yet just a 15 minute stroll into Chipping Ongar High Street with its supermarkets, coffee bars and the heritage steam railway . The location provides easy access to the M11, London, Epping Forest, Stansted Airport and the East coast. The wedding venues of Gaynes Park, Blake Hall, Down Hall and Mulberry House are all a short drive/taxi ride away.

Escape to the Country with easy reach of the Tube.

Tawney Lodge is beautifully decorated countryside retreat with a kitchen, wet room, relaxing sitting room and huge bedroom with a king size bed. All rooms overlooking stunning countryside. We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

Set in a quiet location, walking distance to local shops, restaurant, pharmacy. 10 minute bus ride to Brentwood town, which is 25 minutes on train to Liverpool Street. Lots of local walks, next to Blackmore Village which has 2 country pubs. Also near to Chelmsford Town. Flexible for short or medium term rentals - can do longer periods for relocations, contractors, workers or house renovations.

Private studio with deck

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Self-contained 1 bed annexe in semi-rural location

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

The Barn, beautiful rural retreat

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.

The Stables is a spacious two bedroom cottage adjacent to our family home. We live down a private drive, off the main road in the middle of traditional English parkland.
