Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Private ensuite bathroom.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the top floor, a typically English style double room, perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests. Our prices are inclusive for bed and Breakfast. (cooked included) We also do not charge a cleaning fee! We also have one other twin room, on the same floor, which is perfect for family bookings.

I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Welcome to 'Room at the Top' in a Victorian house overlooking a park in Zone 2 vibrant South East London. Well connected to Zone I tourist sites, east London business districts, Trinity Laban, Goldsmiths University and World Heritage site Greenwich with it’s beautiful park, museums, market and a university. This lovely room is approached by its own staircase and is very private. Tea and coffee is provided in the room Breakfast is included in the price.

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.
