The cottage is fully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen cooking essentials to a 50 inch smart TV preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. Need to work remote? The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Karns Area home is located in a safe neighborhood. You will be staying in a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom, small sitting area with loveseat and flat screen tv. The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Bluebird Bungalow

Blue Bird Bungalow . Visit and enjoy this completely renovated 1921 Bungalow built for Miss Amy Glenn. The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two with fabulously tiled walk in showers and one with the original claw foot tub restored beautifully. Large and very functional kitchen with Five Star gas range, butcher block and marble counters. Working fireplaces.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
