Close proximity to village center of Durbanville. 2 minutes drive from Durbanville Mediclinic 10 minutes from Cape Gate mediclinic.Tygervalley shopping Centre and Cape Gate shopping centre within 10km. Surrounding winefarms are Diemersdal,Meerendal, Maastricht. 35 min to Stellenbosch and V&A.

Suzanne's Suite

Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Self Catering Suite in Durbanville, Cape Town

Luxury Self Catering Guest suite attached to modern private home in quiet neighbourhood, with private secure parking and private entrance. The suite has a spacious, sepatate living/dining area with full kitchen facility. The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.

La Petite - Durbanville - Entire Flat

Leafy neighborhood, close to town center and Village Square with it's wonderful shops and restaurants. Easy access to Durbanville Winelands. Durbanville Mediclinic is just a stone throw away. Beautifully decorated and suited for holidays as well as business trips. Durbanville is centrally located between Cape Town with the iconic and world famous Table Mountain and Stellenbosch with it's beautiful winelands.

Mieke’s Cottage offers a three bedroom self-catering cottage only 10 minutes’ drive from a number of vineyards in the Durbanville Wine Valley. It is a good base for people wishing to explore beyond Cape Town. We have some good news during load-shedding! You will be able to use the lights, WI-FI and TV!
