This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

The guest suite is a complete private apartment with a separate entrance and driveway, and is on its own level. The rental includes it’s own full kitchen with dining area, Livingroom, work space with desk and a separate large sleeping area. Your bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a seated vanity. The only connection to our house is a locked door to the stairwell. The view from the rental includes lots of trees and a glimpse of the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance.

It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
