The home is ideal for business travellers, singles, couples and those with children and it’s a short drive to the City, the RNA Showground, Westfield Chermside, Royal Brisbane & Womens Hospital, the Prince Charles & Holy Spirit Northside Hospital.

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

Express buses to Royal Brisbane Hospital, CBD, Southbank & Suncorp stadium. Walking & bike paths, gyms, playgrounds, tavern and restaurants. Airport is 10 minutes by car. Our recently renovated Queenslander has timber floors, lots of windows, fans, air con, smart TV, block-out blinds, well-equipped kitchen.
